Artist description
Bushtaxis are old pickup trucks or station wagons that shuttle people around in parts of the world with no Greyhound, particularly, Africa. We play a mixture of anything that seems danceable, from any place we can think of, although now and then, we do do a ballad or two. |

Artist History
We were all born together in a log cabin that materialized in several continents at once.
OK, OK, seriously, Caroline spent a lot of time working with African bands in Germany, France, and surprise, Africa. She tripped over Andy at a NAMM party, and the band was conceived at the Star of Siam, in Venice, California. Tim, John and Jim all arrived a bit later and have been needling Caro mercilessly ever since. |
