Press Reviews
Listen.com: Soft synthesizers are overtaken by thunderclaps, waves, bird chirps and gusts of wind. A relaxing comparison of the differences between electric relaxation and natural ambiance. TISComments about Artistic License : Samples are well selected, well tuned and hang together very nicely. The track certainly qualifies as a good "expression of the Ebbs and Flows of Nature and Life" (in the artist's own words).Comments about Arrangement : This is a really nicely arranged piece that has been put together very professionally. It flows very well, and has a lot of quite subtle variation which keeps it moving and interesting throughout the life of the track and keeps it from getting boring or repetetive. On the surface it loops the melodies and sounds, but each time there is some subtle variation that keeps it moving right along.Comments about Creativity : Very nice and interesting ambient piece with a nice ebb and flow to it. Ambient enough to provide a nice chill mood, but with enough subtle progression and variance to keep it interesting.Comments about Your Piece's Working as Music: Most definately. It's a nice soundscape for background music, and interesting enough to engage the mind and senses as well, making it versatile enough to be more than just background. I like this one, a lot.Review : This is a nice ambient soundscape which moves gradually along through subtle changes for the life of the track. It ebbs and flows very nicely and has a subtle thread of movement that keeps it interesting and enjoyable. Being a DJ who plays ambient or chill sets from time to time, I'd be more than happy to work this into a set as it fits extremely nicely with the style of chill I play, and it's professionally produced and slick enough to work really well. I like this one, a lot. |
