Artist History
Over the past five years, Loopus has toured the Western New York club scene and the eastern seaboard, stunning audiences of 50-1000 with an intensity and originality rarely seen in modern music. The energy level of their live performances has catapulted them to the forefront of the underground music scene and forged one of modern rocks most appealing independent bands. Though hard to pin to any one genre, their songs have a natural appeal to all who appreciate contemporary music, with a sound so diverse they've been likened to Incubus, Linkin Park, (Hed) p.e., and the deftones, among others. In warehouses and studios that they've called home since 1997, the band has fused elements of hip-hop, hardcore, and modern rock to create one of the most original and recognizable sounds to come out of the once thriving Rock-chester music scene...
