Artist description As a young Narn, GKar lived with his family in Gkamazad, one of the biggest cities on Narn, where they served under a Centauri family during the final years of the rebellion. Due to his mothers illness, the family were unable to escape through the underground and all stayed with their Centauri masters. Life in the household was tense, and one day GKars father spilt hot Jhala on the mistress of the House. The Centauri had him hung from a Jhawa tree for three days before he died. On his last night, GKar disobeyed his mother and went out to see his dying father. He told him that he was proud of GKar and told him to fight and be all the things he never was. GKar then watched him die. The next morning, GKar ran away and killed his first Centauri.
