    Artist description
Hey there, tune fans! My name's mike d, and "bushwacker" is the convenient name I'm using to describe this spot, where I keep mp3's of music I've been associated with. You see, I play bass and rhythm guitar, and occasionally write a decent song or two. I'm pleased to announce that I've recently joined Justin Bell & Lazy Susan, and I'll be playing out with them in mid-March. Check us out at www.zatchymusic.com/lazy ...

    Artist History
I've been playing guitar for over 10 years, bass for about 6. In Newmarket, NH, I was a founding member of the Roadies (www.theroadiesband.com) in 1997, and produced several demoes and a successful self-titled CD with them in 1998. I played bass with the Roadies until spring of '99, when I moved to California. After an unsuccessful stay in San Diego, I relocated to the happenin' Twin Cities area of Minnesota, where I reside now. I've decided that mp3.com is the best way to get my name out there as a bassist and songwriter.

On "Keep it Simple","Trust", and "In the Middle", I played the bass, Troy Hudson sang lead/backups and played rhythm/lead guitar, Scott Clapp played lead guitar, and Mark Wentworth played the drums. I sing and play all instruments on "There in the light"...

    Press Reviews
One NH mag called "Keep it Simple" a "snippet of genius", and Northeast Performer said the Roadies were going places. Fortunately, they're still going strong and have become one of NH's premier rock acts. Me, I'm still looking for the "next big thing" here in the Cities...
