    Artist History
Electro tracks started getting written in late 97/early 98 that definitely were a break from the chaotic noise of Slave Cylinder, etc. Drawing on influences such as David Thrussel, NYX, and others, dancefloor electro with coherent political aims under the name Shard took hold. The actual project to which such upcoming hits as "power empire," "paris is burning," and "cathode" belong. The earliest tracks still exist on crude 4-track recordings and MC-303 sequences in the scond half of 1997. We've prgressed so much since then. :)
