Artist History
Lazy Motive was formed in May 2000. Luke Farran and guitar player/vocalist, Chad Clark, met in 1999 through a friend who was playing in the group, Short Lived Fun with Luke. Chad & Luke shared musical ideas and quickly became friends. Luke & Chad jammed together whenever possible and finally decided to start a band after recording some of Chad's songs. After hearing Luke & Chad's demo,a bass player named Nickle Bambauer joined the band and Lazy Motive was created. From there Josh Morrissey came into the band in May 2001 after he sat in with the band for a gig on congas. Josh had performed in previous groups and ensembles with Luke like the JJMo' & the Mo' Money Band and felt that he would like to be in the band.
In January of 2002, Luke stepped away from the band to pursue a project with Air This Side of Caution and Josh took over the role of the drummer. |
