Artist description
The early music featured lyrics and vocals, with strong musical support on violin, guitar, bass, keyboards and drums. The music moved toward instrumental fusion, featuring intricate scored parts, substantial interplay among the instrumental voices, and lots of improvisation. The band played a long engagement at the Bitter End in NYC before it closed in the summer of 1974. |

Artist History
We added an f to get on MP3.com. We broke up in 1974. Europeans who heard our 1971 single released a vinyl lp and cd early in 2001. Our second WIS release, Notes on a Picnic, became available on 02/05/03. It features 10 original tunes, including Political Silence, available on this site, plus 9 instrumentals and an added bonus vocal cover of War's Slippin' into Darkness. Vinyl (without the lyric vocal tracks) available later in 2003; cd (with bonus vocal tracks) available February 2003. More info at www.worldinsound.com. For domestice purchasee, check the links. |
