Press Reviews Gabor Kleinbloesem Editor of Strutter'zine MORE THAN WORDS-TONY MARSH (INDEPENDENT MP3.COM) Here's another talented guitarist from the USA, his name is TONY MARSH and he comes out of Texas. His dam CD 'More than words' is a very good instrumental melodic rockalbum that shows the talent of Tony. The songs that come out best are "Voyager", "Wire fire" and "All the love". NEAL SCHON, JOE SATRIANI, ERIC JOHNSON and GREG HOWE have influenced him, and you can clearly hear these influences in Tony's excellent guitarplay. I also found out Tony played in HOBBIT for a while, this melodic Pomprockband released a great album a few years ago and as you might remember we gave that band big recommendations back then! Anyway, Tony also played in a band called LIX (not to be confused with the English Glamrocks of LICX) and hopefully I can get my hands on their soon-to-be re-issued album.
