Artist History Containing 3 members from London, Ontario Canada and 2 members from Detroit, Michigan, Ruth's Hat formed in 1997. Since then, the band has achieved international success releasing multiple records in The United States, Italy, and Germany. In 2000, the band released their first full-length effort on Mutant Pop Records out of Oregon. The band toured the U.S. and Canada extensively in 2001, and just recently finished a brand new full length CD!
