Artist History
Neotribe was born on Jan.1, 2000 in a warehouse beside a junkyard on the south side of Chicago. Six friends were brought together for one purpose, to create a new sound. Neotribe has been described as an experiment in the future of hardcore. A mixture of groove oriented metal, rap, and funk. Neotribe maintains a sound that showcases both intensity and moments of release. Neotribe's goal is to create positive music that makes people think as well as entertain. We are confident that with hard work and heavy playing the tribe will grow into something bigger than we are. Neotribe plays regular shows throughout the Chicagoland area but dreams of playing across the U.S. and eventually the world.Neotribe is Brandon Keane,21,guitars; Jason Hope,23,drums; Mark Vasquez,26,bass; Tyrrell Cummings,21,DJ and keys; Johnny Meyer,24,guitars; and fronted by Gary Schultz,22.
