I will never release anything like Muddy Waters because my music still has to have a little rock and a lot of roll before I feel comfortable. The slower tracks such as "Lies" and "Don't Be Cruel" are personal favorites for their sounds of anguish that I seem to have always been attracted to in minor scale blues. Of course the opening track "Let Me Love You" and "Sweet Darlene" always gets me up and dancing!"Joining David T. in the Dawgs are fellow Atlanta residents bassist Tommy Vickery and drummer Mike Haid. Mike has performed and recorded with some of the world's most accomplished musicians including, Ray Gomez (Stanley Clarke), Oscar Cartoya (Spyro Gyra), Steve Wood (Kenny Loggins), Kirk Covington (Tribal Tech, Allan Holdsworth, Joe Zawinul), and countless recordings as a session drummer. Mike is also currently a major reviewer for Modern Drummer magazine.The Georgia Blues Dawgs are a showcase for Southern Georgia Blues with a touch of rock that will leave everyone wanting more.
