Artist description
The recent emergence of Roswell from the ranks of C.P.R and Benjamin's Breed, is one that will not soon be forgotten. Now based in Dallas, Texas, members of Roswell are: Lead Vocalist Dave Embry (formerly of Benjamin's Breed), Lead Guitarist Dana Eaton (formerly of CPR), Drummer Jon McCoy (formerly of CPR), Bassist Brent Beers (formerly of CPR) and Rhythm Guitarist Steve Callihan (formerly of Benjamin's Breed). After weeks of grueling practices and mixing in a few shows, Roswell is ready to take on the world. Having shared the stage with the likes of The Nixons, Bowling For Soup, Supafuzz, Dollybraid, Ratt, Bar 7 and Warrant, Roswell is poised for success. Roswell shows are a powerful and exciting experience. They pour high-energy into every set, and the crowd's reaction is what Roswell is all about. From the hard rock influence of Metallica, Godsmack and Alice in Chains to the alternative style of Pearl Jam and Incubus, Roswell brings you their own modern style of rock'n'roll with the intensity and crowd-pleasing effects of Korn and Pantera. Classifying Roswell's style of music would be groove, hard, and alternative rock with a twist of funk and disco. The band can often be caught playing in Dallas/Deep Ellum, Ft. Worth and Arlington, but they are also rocking all over the state of Texas and a national tour is in the works. |

Press Reviews
Musically, the band is a blend of rock and alternative with some funk and disco around the edges. Above all, they’re powerful. At a recent show, the Creed-meets-Godsmack timbre of Dave’s voice brought the audience to their feet.Harder Beat Magazine |
