Artist description Our music is built around the songs of Martin Gleiss. These bits are very different from each other. There are drum&bass tracks as well as what you would probably call folk music. Nachtschicht makes more out Martin's songs, tries different things the guys have heard somewhere or made up on their own. What comes out at the end is a song, that is a surprise to all of us, but mostly to Martin.

Artist History In 1998, Martin Gleiss called his brother Andreas and told him that he was tired of seeing his songs only on paper in the last drawer of his desk. It was hard to find the right mixture of people, because they should not only be good musicians, but also guys able to stick together even in the hard times. But finally, in June 1999, the band had its first stage performance at "Tunnel" in Vienna.
