Artist description Born out of desire to use music to show the Heart and Love of God, the band members include Ric Cori, Rob Cori, Linda Shay, and Dave Thomas. Ric, Rob, and Linda played together in the early 90's and decided to reform with a new sound and a new focus. Dave joined the band in late 1999 completing the line up. Together they became 24 Wet Feet. 24 Wet Feet's "sound" is generated by the blending of the members' various musical backgrounds and influences. Hints of alternative/hard rock blended with percussive acoustic/pop stylings driven by a strong back beat create a sound that is original and hypnotically catchy. Each song has qualities that allow listeners to expand not only their musical horizons, but more importantly, encourages them to take a long, hard look at life without having to depart from flat out having a good time.The band's live performance is exciting and upbeat; artistic and fun; extroverted and introspective. The band performs in venues ranging from churches to clubs using their music to entertain, encourage, and motivate their audience. The band's name came from seeing Jesus as a servant washing the feet of His disciples, and is used as a twofold reminder for each member that they are called to be servants, and that the mission and focus of 24 Wet Feet is ministry via music.
