Artist History
Around 1993, two guys working for a nondescript Seattle print shop found some bottles of used photo processing chemicals. They found that by drinking them, they were imbued with unexplained supernatural powers to create heartfelt, angst-ridden, lyrical epigrams that made the ears weep for mercy--music that, in a word, sucks. Thus was born SpEnt fiXer. [Insert paragraph break here.] Misan Thrope and Hot Cheese are the core members. Others have drifted in and out of the band over the years, most notably Mr. Thrope's brother Skippy and a mysterious bass player known to the participants only as Slug Useless. |

Press Reviews
"ZZ Top guitar and vocals trying to do deep, dark music in the 80's, Psychedelic Furs guitar solo intact. . . . The 'gobble, gobble, gobble' at the end really throws me, though." --Cringe |
