Artist description
Music written in an apartment for people who live in apartments. (that's what matt says) Big honest fragility sung with love and hope. (that's what a famous rock star says.)Matt Curreri is a prolific and introspective singer songwriter. He strikes a chord with many of today's semi-displaced youth through his honest and autobiographical [feeling] lyrics. (that's what Nelson of Rising Sons Records says.) |

Artist History
Matt has accomplished rock stardom as a member of The Florida Evans Showband and Revue [at the University of Notre Dame]. Majoring in English, Matt developed an aggresively anti-academic lyric vocabulary. Now Matt lives in Richmond Va, with frequent trips to the Washington DC area and Charlottesville VA. I think NYC is coming soon. |
