Artist description Texas based Cowboy's Nightmare is the combination of six female musicians performing their own brand of renegade country music. Cowboy's Nightmare has hit Texas in a big way. Since the formation of the group in '93, the members noticed an unusually high reaction from their audiences. In 1999, the girls shared the stage with living legend, Willie Nelson, at the Fort Bend County Fair, presenting their original tunes. By popular demand from fans, the group released their first CD "Luck". In 2000, the release of two songs from the CD have made #1 on the EMS European Independent Country Chart. After hearing Cowboy's Nightmare for the first time, Willie Nelson personally called them and invited them to come play Farm Aid 2000 in Bristow, Virginia. The band has a support staff, including merchandising, sound, lighting and staging production.

Artist History Back in April '93, a friend of Joni Lovvorn's mentioned an idea about having an all-female band play at her birthday party. Joni got on the phone to the best she knew, and set up rehearsal for the one-time gig. There you have it, Cowboy's Nightmare was born. The girls, having such a good time playing at the party, decided to continue the rehearsals and try a few club dates. The chemistry and rapport between the members had translated into an obvious winning formula. The band was immediately re-booked, and soon were playing to packed houses. Working up their repertoire from the combination of their individual musical influences created a dynamite Renegade Country sound.
