Artist description The Romeos were formed back in`96 by Vocalist/Guitarist Andii Vamp. We recorded our Debut cassette EP entitled `Head Full Of Toyz` which had a great response worldwide, we also did a lot of home recordings from `96-`97 that we narrowed down to the best12 songs and turned in into a sort of album we called `The First Fuck!`(People really dug it for it`s raw trashy glampunk sound despite the fact that the recording quality was poor). In `98 we recorded a new 4 song demo called `Bubblegum Cabaret` which received great reviews in `zines from all over the world and even airplay in Spain, but by the end of `98, things weren`t workin` out between Andii and one of the band members(Kristy).Things started to get pretty tense within the band,the arguments came,missed rehearsals etc and a lot of strain and band members falling out,so that was to be the demise of `The Romeos`, but Andii didn`t want that.Andii took a break in `99 to sort out what to do next.Realizing that hiz biggest ambition was to have a big image bubblegum glampunk band who were constantly gigging, recording etc....The Year 2002..Andii`z still lookin` for a permanent bassist and drummer(Possibly a second guitarist) to complete the new Romeos 2002 line-up...until then,he`z gone solo still delivering the same style of trashy bubblegum glampunk,so what are you waiting for???Go check out the mp3z!!!!
