Artist description
Moody techno which rarely can be called techno (few straight synth sounds). Often more melancholy than happy. Heavily reverberated, sometimes thickly chorused. Modeled after 80's synth-pop, most of what was raving in Britain at that time. |

Artist History
Began as Artemisia (pop/rock) three or so months ago; male/female vocal duet, lead and rhythm guitar, synthesised bass and drums. Band split, female vocalist went her way and the two remnants revived the idea of The Crush, which the male vocalist/lead guitarist had ventured to undertake two months before Artemisia. Incidentally, had to change the name to the 'The Meditation' because The Crush was already in use. |
