Artist History Scuba was formed in 1996 by three University of Connecticut students out of the dissolution of a minor staple on the Hartford/UConn club music circuit in the early 90's, the Spaingoats. Originally based out of the Hartford/New Haven area, two of the members moved to Boston in 1998 which is now the locus of the band.

Group Members David Grabowski (ex-Spaingoats) on guitar and vocals, Jason Keisch (ex-Spaingoats) on drums, and Tom Becker (ex-R12) on bass.
