Artist description
Mourning After Pill was originally formulated as gothic-industrial but the sound didn't turn out that way. Lyrics focus on how personal emotional/relationship experiences reveal existential problems. Artist History
Mourning After Pill started in summer 2000 as an offshoot of Derynck's disintegrating sanity. Her unusual personal mythology, combined with Disruption's already absent faith in humanity, has proved a fruitful combination for musical inspiration. (Can you tell that we originally wanted to be a goth band? - JD) |
