Artist History
The Cripple Creek Fairies are maybe the one thing to ever come outta Mullet Alberta. At least that's what Bob Tiley tells us. He's a resident spud farmer from the CCF's home town and, until recently, the guy living next door to their rehearsal space. "A few weeks ago they up and got the hell outta here. I don't know where they went but they're gone. Rumor has it they went to Calgary to record some tapes or something. I don't give a rat's ass really." |

Press Reviews
"Those guys had better clean up their shit after they're done sucking onstage" Jerry Hobsom, owner Hidden CollarLocal Calgary Music Showcase The following Friday was a showcase of local talent, featuring The Cripple Creek Fairies, English Teeth, and the Ex-Boyfriends. donning jean jackets, goggles, and WWI flying helmets, The Cripple Creek Fairies play badass, guitar fueled cock rock, with tongues firmly planted in cheek. Joined on stage by Iggy Pop's guitar toting battle mage, Whitey Christ, The Fairies warmed the stage with a tightly wound set of inanely funny guitar-based rock songs, like "Rock Your Panties Off", and a bold cover of "Baby Please Don't Go", by The Amboy Dukes. |
