Artist History Formed in 1988 in the S.F. Bay Area, Noisy Neighborshas continually played together for mostly private partiesand gatherings. In 1989, the first tracks for what became their first CD, Three Year Lease were recorded and the album was eventually completed awhile later. The tracks were then converted to digital audio in th'late 90's. Noisy Neighbors is now planning its first live public performances and is releasing its recordings to the public.
