Artist description Liam Hamer is a multi-instrumentalist who believes music should have 2 ingredients - heart and soul. Liam is something of a one-man band, writing/recording/performing and arranging all his solo material. At 22 years old, Liam has had a rich musical education and it is fair to say he is completely committed to reaching his goals as an artist. His music could fall into several genres but perhaps the one genre most would associate it with is 'Instrumental Rock'. Heavily influenced by the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Led Zeppelin and The Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band - Liam has strived to develop a sound all his own which incorporates the styles that turn him on as a listener. To date Liam has one album under his belt - 'Horizons', which combines experementation with excellent musianship. Gems such as 'Euphoria', 'Dreaming' and 'Melancholia' are a sign of things to come from this talented 22-year old. During 2001 Liam also worked on something unique and exciting - an 'across the water' collaboration with the highly talented USA singer/songwriter Anni Ernst Homrighausen. To date 4 songs have been completed and are available online and watch this space for more to come....but this time with the dynamic duo together in person. So any feedback and opinions are always completely welcome - Liam is a firm believer that the music is for YOU and any pleasure you gain from it makes him happy and he has done what he set out to do as an artist.

Artist History Now 22 years old, Liam has had a rich musical education. Since picking up the guitar at age 16 he has never looked back - and is now accomplished on various instruments including guitar, bass and keyboard/piano. After a brief spell with a band in '98/'99 Liam decided to go solo - culminating in the completion of his debut album 'Horizons' in March 2001. He is currently working on the as yet untitled follow up which promises to be some of his best ever work.
