Artist History
elmer was first discovered during a satellite voyage in 1976. The substance was retrieved and brought back to the United States, where it was discovered that the substance had a high level of patterned emissions. This finding was disregarded until a paper written about the results was discovered in 1999. The emissions were fed into a computer and translated into sound, a percussive beat was arranged behind it, and all the scientists said "let's get funky." |
