Artist description
Stand up and get down to the suprisingly original, tricked-out American sound of Enter Venus, as they dig in and fire up their very own version of musical evolution! W/ all the raw intensity favored by audiences spanning the Eastern seaboard and the catch-22 certainty loved by modern children everywhere, Enter Venus serves it up hot and heavy in the face of todays so-called musical diversity, and comes out hands full & thumbs up. Rock and Roll has grown up.... Enter Venus! |

Artist History
Devised from the ashes of various projects deemed 'too intense' and 'frightening', the frenetic heart of Enter Venus has always remained as flexible and dynamic as it's mastermind, Will Knot. Knot has lent his compositional skills to such acts as 1000 Young, The Clay People, Kritios Boy, Dresden and Triplegemini, and in his latest offering to the waiting world, we find Knot reunited w. comrade John C.(Triplegemini) on rythmic manipulation. But don't blink: this current line-up will be subject to a reconfiguration in early 2001, due to a change in locale! Even so, the radium core of Enter Venus will continue to burn, w. plenty of activity planned for the year ahead, starting w/ the release of their latest CD "Maximum A.D." on Mp3.com. This recent helping of blistering insight and turbulent rythyms offers a glimpse into life on the edge of the 21st century, and promises to become a crushing addition to the world of Rock and Roll. |
