Artist description Willy the Disk is a spacerock trio located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The instrumentation involves the standard bass,drums, guitar as well as sound reinforcement from lapsteel guitar, recorder, trumpets, and keyboards. Our self titled debut was written, produced, and recorded collectivelyby the band.

Artist History We met while working at a buffet in the small townwhere we were attending college. The rigors of small town life in an agriculturally based economywere too much for us so we relocated to the Dallas/Fort Worth area where we recorded our first album.Work has already begun on the second album whichis scheduled for release in March of 2001.
