Artist History
Lying somewhere between pop heartache and rock crunch is the definitive sound of Kick Me Kate, a young Power Pop band hailing originally from Tallahassee, Florida. Composed of Loney Hutchins on keyboards and vocals, Seth Linker on guitar and vocals, Jannea Mcclure on drums and Paul Feldman on bass, Kick Me Kate released their self-titled LP in February 2000. The band was responsible for all aspects of the recoding, including production and engineering. In addition to numerous performances at the 2001 Slamdance Film Festival, Kick Me Kate has also played live on the Los Angeles college station KXLU and completed a comprehensive US Tour with comrades SNMNMNM and Popband Alice this past July. The band is currently working on a follow up to their freshman effort. Contact: Paul Feldman 323.874.5305 Email: rockmekate@hotmail.com Website: http://www.kickmekate.net |
