Artist History
Cafedelic is an electronic music project based in the NYC area, with long and frequent excursions to Europe -- especially Paris where we've spent the last three summers -- as well as Dublin, Amsterdam, London, Warsaw and Prague. The "Androids Dream" CD has been in development -- intermittently -- since August, 1996. "Androids" remains a work in progress with songs periodically added, deleted and revised. For the most part, "Androids Dream" was sequenced in MIDI using PowerMacs and an Alesis QSR synth. Sound editing, sampling, sound "design" -- and just plain sound distortion -- added in BIAS Peak. Tracks were mixed with BIAS Deck... Where's all this going? Dance clubs, definitely. An indie-label CD release? Time will tell. |
