Artist History We started in 1998 as a little high school garage band. Our first appearance was at our junior Talent Show. We did not win, but had many great responses from the audience which inspired us to breakout! We then began to play at parties and clubs around Albuquerque. Many were hard to get into because we were under age. Fuck our age... we still held our own. We still do hold our own. All of our songs are expanding more and more with each day. More the struggle for life goes on, the more we feed for each other, we feed each other our sanity throughout our lifes. Aluminum Fumes is who we are. We are a family striving to survive.

Group Members Bob - Vocals, Dustin read some of Bobs poems and asked him if he could use his poems for songsBob responded with "Fuck that, If anyone is going to sing my words it will be me. " Dustin agreed and Bob was in the Aluminum Fumes project. He was 17.Tim - Guitar, Tim and Dustin played in a band with a girl named Toni, The music was good but it wasn't what they wanted to play. Dustin meet Bob about the same time Tim and Dustin were looking for a change so they invited Bob to come and have a Jam sesion with them. Tim was 16 when Aluminum Fumes was startedJoe - Bass, Joe is Aluminum Fumes 3rd bass player, He started off as a guitar player, He is bad ass at the guitar and so at the Bass Dustin - Drums, Dustin is the backbone of Aluminum Fumes, He started playing drums at age 15, started playing with Aluminum Fumes at age 16, He was a virgin drummer when they started, but he can now tear it up. (although he would denie it) Dustin finds all of Aluminum Fumes show, calls all the practices, set up the recording for the demo, and is typing this discription now. Set up everything with MP3 and the web page, with little help. Must be a drummer thing, Most drummers I talk to are usaully the backbone.
