    Artist description
An eclectic mixture of blues, folk and funk influences; a raw live and heartfelt music played by close group of friends. Mike Rogers is practicing human who plays an artist by day, and plays music with a bunch of ill-mannered louts by night. Speaking of which, John Knox spends his days running futilely on the wheel with other corporate hamsters (but he does stay slightly ahead). Brett Shepherd lives sequestered in his small estate surrounded by canines and other furry friends. Which he needs, because Chip Ruberry could show up at any time. Chip could make a living as a double for Jesse Helms, but chooses instead to surf the bass waves in search of the lost chord.

    Artist History
Brett and Mike have been great friends and jamming buddies since 1982. We met John about 1989 and haven't had a moment of peace since. Unfortunately, he's too damn good of a guitar player to get rid of, and he always brings beer. What are you going to do? We hooked up with Chip while we were all in prison together for impersonating musicians, and Chip was the prison chaplain. We converted, and the rest is history.
