Press Reviews
December 1999 - Radio One DJ Judge Jules chose the Scent track Foundation as one of his picks of the week at the peoplesound.com web site in the UK. He said "A generally solid underground dub in the upper 120's BPM range. Really good instrumental dance music should have an innate sense of humour, whilst remaining cool and Foundation has these qualities in abundance. It's bouncy and groovy, and whilst I'd probably pitch it up a bit it would certainly make it into my box."Review of Foundation on listen.com (Excite) - "Sizzling package of peak-time grooves from a U.K. artist who keeps one eye on the Funk. Stomping rhythms adorned with stuttering guitars and distant female wails are set against a dark backdrop spray-painted with iridescent synths." |
