A kinetic Serenade.Koine's music is a blend of rock and folk. I like the fusion of Distortion Guitar, Piano, Acoustic Guitar and Other variables. The toonsvary from strong, rolling hard-core music to gentlelove ballads. |

Artist History
Scott McPherson, 20, a 1998 graduate of Gothenburg High School in Gothenburg Nebraska. Started to learn the guitar around two years ago. Since then he fell in love with making his own music and finally found his way to Upper room studios in Kearney NE. After Three months of hard work, the band "Koine" was born and the new CD was entitled "Unfailing"."Koine" is defined as a common form of the Greek language that was used throughout the roman empire as a form of communication between merchants, officials and preachers of the gospel. It was alot simpler to understand than the regular formal Greek laguage. That is the same way I want my music to be... a language that is simple to understand. |
