Artist description Just Jouett... pronounced (jew-ett); sexy melodic rock band with a twinge of alternative oils. John Jouett, who was active in the New Jersey/NYC music scene and played clubs like Court Tavern, Brighton Bar, Stone Pony, and Club Bene' to name a few, relocated to Springfield, Mo in fall of '93. While playing the multiband weekend gigs in New Jersey, coming to Springfield, and putting together an all origional songlist, the band comes out rockin from the heart from the soul and wants to relate to you... "The sound of the band is so appealing we have fans from 6 to 60!" says John Jouett, the bands founder and co producer. " It's amazing the response we get on the songs and yet the world is yet to see..." jouett, prophesizing on the marketability of the band.. "making money is not what I wrote these songs for, so its not a disapointment that I am a landscaping business owner instead of a rock star", and since the songs were completed we have moved 350 cds locally and foresee our internet sales doubling this year." Artist History In May 1999 the band was formed and the songs became alive. The best show to date was an opening for April Wine in 2000, that the band saw and felt a standing ovation, and knew the power of the music was really there..
