Artist description He was born Charles "Tito" Perry in Montgomery, Alabama in 1971 and moved to Atlanta's south side at only 6 months old. He started rapping in 1984 (now over 15 years), But TITO, however, does not neccessarily want to be known for his rappig skills, but for his skills as a producer. Whether it is in the studio or on stage, his success comes from his commitment to staying true to himself. "I strongly feel that no one should ever have to search for a gimmick because you personality is you style, and no one's personality is exactly the same." Tito was recently featured on a the HOT single "FEEL THIS" with the CRUMB SNATCHAS and also laid down production on the Montgomery based rap group MARQUEE.
