Artist description
Folk/pop. The band is musicians I hired to support me on this project. Every piece starts with an acoustic guitar, and then there is bass and drums, sometimes traps and sometimes congas and hand percussion, at least two other lead instruments including fiddle, flute, Weissenborn, organ, guitar, mandolin. There is also harmonies and background vocals. It turned out very sweet and fun. |

Artist History
I've played folk, country, rock & roll, and all the roots there of since I was 14, and as of this writing, I'm 51. I grew up in a musical family, and was drafted into the family bluegrass band to play rhythm guitar. My older brothers covered the other instruments. My college degree is in the history of Country & Western Music. I've wanted to make an album all my life, but I wanted to do it well. This project took 8 years from the time the first track was laid down. I had alot of help from my friend Lewis Ross, who is a very talented multi-instrumentalist and knowledgeable recording engineer. |
