Press Reviews
"Catchy Power Pop with Lennon/McCartney melodic influences. Swann seems to write from the heart- his tried-and-true formula produces something wholly organic that's easy on the ears." -Listen.com "Newcomer Swann, who calls New York home, presents adebut that, from the hook, "I'm dizzy at the door/spinning in my head and I'm lying on the floor," sounds like he hit the Christmas cheer a bit early.Seriously, this mid-tempo pop effort shows strongpotential." -Gavin Magazine"Raspy-voiced singer-songwriter finds the middle ground between Roots rock and R.E.M.-style alterna-poetry. Some nasty lead guitar work proves Swann isn't just another pretty boy in touch with his hurt feelings." Listen.com |
