Artist History Originally formed in 98, Citizen Evil started out mostly as a jam band. We could do a couple covers, but improvisation is where our hearts were. Now together again at full force in 2002, we've been doing some local free shows and we are polishing up the writing process for our first album which already has about 15 songs completed with several other musical ideas floating around as always.
