Artist History
PurGe is a Portuguese band from Castelo de Paiva.Everything started when Joni and Ishkas (ex-members of the now finished band Fire Flies) met Peewee (ex-member of the also finished band Toxic Blood). When they knew that Peewee was a drummer, they invited him to join in a new band that they were starting at the moment - PurGe.Then they started to look for a singer. Peewee asked Max, an ex-member of Toxic Blood too, if he wanted to sing in a new band that he had at the moment with Ishkas and Joni (guys that at that moment Max didn't know...).They started then to look out for the band name. Peewee found the name PurGe (which the way I'll not describe for the lines it would take) and it was accepted by the other members. (PurGe - to remove people that you do not want from a political party or other organisation (mainly for bad acts...))PurGe "died" in 1999. |
