    Artist History
Kurixis was founded by Rob Cook in early October 2000 as a solo project. The "Manifestation" demo tape was recorded on a four track and completed by mid November of the same year. The "Solve Et Coagula" demo was completed and self produced on a four track with slightly better instruments in October 2001. Noir officially changed its name to Kurixis on April 5, 2002 with the inclusion of Matty on drums. Webi joined the band shortly after to help complete the "Petitioning the Cold" cd.
