Artist description Hilary Seleb has found a way to share her testimony and God's message of grace, healing and salvation by combining her passion for singing with her passion for Jesus. Hilary is one of the featured soloists at Saddleback Church (Rick Warren, pastor) in Lake Forest,CA. Under the direction of worship leader Rick Muchow, she has sung for literally tens of thousands of people, both believers and seekers alike. That experience has led to the release of her debut CD, "Second Chances" (produced by Tony Guerrero),on the Straight From The Heart Music label. Hilary's background includes lessons with Mahlon Shanzenbach (Classical Voice / Cypress College),Lisa-Marie Gonzales (Seth Riggs Method), Chris & Carol Beatty (Nashville, Tennessee) and a stint with "The Good Time Singers", a Southern California performing group. She has performed in various secular and Christian settings, including performances with Michael McDonald, Richard Marx, Michelle Pillar, Larry Carlton, Pat Boone, Eric Marienthal and Tony Guerrero. She has recorded with artists like Rick Muchow(Encouraging Music) and Rebecca Hansen, and done sessions for producers Stan Endicott, Peter Jacobs and TonyGuerrero, including recording projects for Maranatha Music and Word Records. Aside from her involvement in the Vocal Worship Ministry at Saddleback, Hilary also leads the worship for "The Journey" Bible studies and teaches private vocal instruction at the Saddleback Academy Of Music in Mission Viejo, CA. Hilary's goal is to reach and to minister to seekers and believers through songs that are both sensitive and life applicable. She makes her home with her husband Ken and four children, Dean, twins Elaine and Lindsey, and baby Steven, who are the highlight of her life.

Definitely a voice for sore ears. Hilary's music also has that effect. Her spiritual Adult Alternative style has a refreshing flavor that adds a texture and sensible light to modern music. This music gave me the feeling of peacefulness that I haven't heard in a while. The Christian Pop charts are not far off for this amazing singer. There is a lot of soul and passion for the music in this album. Hilary makes that easily noticeable through every word. It wasn't too difficult to find her music to be a pleasure.
