Artist History
Bloodshed started somewhere in 1998 as a project band when their other band Support was on a break. Together with Jelle (who used to play in lots of bands) on bass they started their mission to make some brutal NYHC influenced thrash metal. This resulted in a recording session where four songs were recorded in the Dig It Studios with Klaas Akkermans and the legendary Ziggy Blunt. Breakthrough Records had plans to release it on cd, since both founders of the label were involved in the project. When one of them decided to stop the label, the release became pretty unsure and never saw the light of day. After the recordings Bloodshed played one short show at the Kelder Fest. in Heerenveen. This was also the official end of the project. |
