Artist History Steve has been working with American film producer James Gorman (ie "Sniper" starring Tom Berenger/Willem Dafoe, "Cutthroat Island" starring Geena Davis, "Les Miserables" starring Geoffrey Rush, "Gunmen" starring Christopher Lambert & Mario Van Peebles, "Prince Valiant" starring Stephen Moyer) on James' own feature film "SOS". Steve has also just completed the original music for a major Australian television network (SBS) on an independently produced series called "Home Movies" (directed by Richard Kuipers) featuring some of Australia's most talented animators & their work - airing January & February 2002. Steve continues to work on feature films and independent films and will be teaming up again with acclaimed writer / director Nick Nicolaou on several projects during 2002. Nick Nicolaou has worked in large budget features such as "The Matrix" starring Keanu Reeves, "Island of Dr Moreau" starring Val Kilmer & Marlon Brando, "2 Hands" starring Bryan Brown/Heath Ledger, "Cut" starring Kylie Minogue, "Babe" starring Magda Szubanski, and soon to be released (2002) Double Vision & Avatar Exile. Steve has also had the rare prestige of having a major Australian Orchestra play one of his pieces called "Above the Law" on 2 nights (back to back) in July 2001. For additional information on all of these events click on "Links". Steve has just completed work on a short film written, directed, produced and starring Australian actress Petrina Buckley. The Sixth Scent has picked up numerous international awards including a best actress for Petrina. Steve has just completed music for a short comedy film written, directed, produced & starring Linda Grasso called "Wishful Thinking". The story revolves around a secretary who dreams of a better life including stardom.
