Press Reviews This review was given to us from Only a Stage in Naperville. Man, this thing was a barn, and we had a crowd and a half. The owners didn't care for our music too much and decided that they won't have bands like us there anymore. There more of a "follow the bible rock type" venue, but didn't decide to mention that to us because they must think all music is like that. Oblivious idiots...anyway, here's the funny-as- hell review of Dread Locked from Only A Stage online. We thought it was complementing: "Saturday - Our first Hardcore night (and probably the last). Terminal hosted the night of super heavy hardcore 'chug-bands' but whinning started immediately because they couldn't slam dance. This music is all about anger, frustration and anti-authority, so we had a feeling things might be a bit bumpy but there just was a lot of bitching and moaning over every little issue. The 'Pantera-ish' Dreadlocked had instrumentation that was dark, heavy and tight, but the big-boy vocalist's gut-wrenching screams, ultra filthy foul mouth, obnoxious attitudes and all the nasty comments about OAS & our terrible rules (like no violent slamming or gang-rapes ;) makes us realize this isn't the place for the Ultra Hardcore scene..." We don't think we'd be classified as Ultra-Hardcore do you? Nah, we're good old heavy metal. Sounds kinda cool though...
