Artist History Downright was formed in 1996, formerly called Orange Bang, and began playing clubs around Orange County, California.After breaking up in 1998 and a threat of a lawsuit (by the soft drink company of the same name), Orange Bang reunited in 2000, wrote new tunes, got balls and changed its name to Downright.
