Artist History 21 Rest has been a band for over 3 years with a vast background of musical experience in several other prior bands. Their music has always had a very radio-friendly sound. Their songs are catchy, diverse, melodic, and full of emotion and energy. 21 Rest Brief Bio: TwentyOneRest took its first form on February 18th of 1998 in San Diego, CA. Since then TwentyOneRest has built a solid reputation amongst San Diego and neighboring counties. The response from fans has been so strong it's overwhelming. TwentyOneRest's blend of Alternative rock touches on several styles to make a very well-rounded TwentyOneRest has independently released 2 promotional CD's which have been sold and distributed freely throughout San Diego and other cities within 200 miles. 21 Rest has been featured on several compilation CD's which have also been distributed across the U.S. 21 Rest also has received local airplay on radio stations such as 92.1, 91X, and Rock 105.3 on a weekly basis. 21 Rest's song "First Summer" was also played on MTV's show "Undressed" on episode #15. 21 Rest has appeared at the following Venues: Canes, Belly Up Tavern, The Epicentre, Dreamstreet, The Playhouse, Poway Music, Trader, Jolt'n Joe's La Mesa/Escondido, Redlands University, Grossmont College, and several other miscellaneous events. 21 Rest has played with several reputable acts such as: Lennon (Arista Records), Jaded (Tina Youthers, family ties), Agent 51 (Adeline Records), Rx Drama, Notice, Userfriendly (Warped Tour Band). 21 Rest's plans for the future include building a strong fan base in their hometown San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles within the next 6 months. From there, 21 Rest will hit San Francisco, Dallas Texas, and New York. 21 Rest is currently being looked at by several different labels including indie and major.
