Artist description S.P.A.W.N. is a Philadelphia based traveling electronica live performance that incorporates the most technologically advanced live PA on planet earth at the current time. S.P.A.W.N. is also sometimes refereed to as "The P.A.W.N.S.P.A.W.N. Collective" because S.P.A.W.N. the music band teamed up with P.A.W.N. Lasers (www.PAWNLASERS.com), a very reputable world wide laser fx company also based out of Philadelphia and a decor company "Cyber Quest" based out of D.C. (www.cyber-quest.net). The live performance of P.A.W.N.S.P.A.W.N. includes a choreographed show with full color lasers that are triggered threw midi and sympty time codes and is also controlled live. There are also several female dancers which are embraced in custom made optical suits that reflect, transmit, and reproduce the laser beams from a fiber optic delivery system and also from beams projected back to the stage from the audience area. Some shows are required to be performed outdoors, but certain venues can accommodate the S.P.A.W.N. act if large enough. P.A.W.N.S.P.A.W.N. does not perform in crowds of attendance of less then 2500 people because of the complexity of the show. Performances are limited to certain promoters in certain territories and certain venues. Accommodations may be made to limit the complexity of the show to accommodate the venue and expected attendance which usually decreases the show from it P.A.W.N.S.P.A.W.N. performance to just a S.P.A.W.N. performance. Instruments Various instruments are used during live performance and recording. Our live performances have also included a laser light harp which transmits midi information from on/off light signals monitored from optical lenses receiving on/off data composed from the hand movements blocking the light path from a laser beam and optical mount.
