    Artist History
It all begun in the late of 1995 when Tim, Fredrik and Kristoffer gathered a band together. They all went in the 7th grade at Påarp's Skola. They were almost forced to come up with a name of the group to continue playing at the school, so Fredrik suddenly got an last minute idea and came up with the same name as it is today; Explicit. In the 9th grade Fredrik's cousin Tobias Borg joined as the lead singer, and later on, actually at the same year in the summer, they got another bassist instead of Kristoffer who's name is Calle Andersson. It all started to get more seriously in the band, so they got their first gig together, along with Syndicate and No Connection. The gig was on the yearly Midsummer's gig (1998) at Medevi, Påarp. The gig went pretty good for only had played together for a little while. They got more gigs, and the year after that gig they played 2 gigs at Midvinterljus in Helsingborg; Mäster Palms Plats and Röda Kvarn, thanks to Magnus Olsson (where Tim have learned to play more advanced guitar). As time went, they also got a keyboardist into the band, whos name was Håkan Rasmusson, who also lived in Påarp. Håkan wasn't in the band for very long, actually he only played one gig together with Explicit. After the yearly Midsummer's gig in 1999, Calle Andersson decided to quit the band for alot of reasons, the band was not serious any more, it didn't work so good anymore. Tim, Fredrik and Tobias continued to rock on, but after a while they decided to get more members and they tried alot of musicians, a new singer, few new bassist and guitarist, but Tim and Fredrik didn't like the people so much. After a while Tobias Borg also decided to quit and Tim and Fredrik were alone and tried to make up some new songs...The band was about to quit playing, untill Tim and Fredrik decided to call a former friend who they knew were good at playing guitar, so Fredrik called Rickard Ingemansson and he tried the band and thought the songs were good, so they contiuned to play together. In a while the playing got more boring because they never made new songs and they didn't have a singer or bassist. They decided to start looking for a singer and a bassist. After a short time Rickard found a note in a music store in Helsingborg, where it stood something like a female singer was looking for a band and Bingo! Rickard phoned the female singer whos name is Cecilia Johansson immiedately and she came into the band and started to sing. Shortly after that we got David Jönsson to start playing bass for us.
