Artist description
Cauldron is a studio collaboration. Each week we meet to record a piece of music. Each piece is selected and arranged without rehearsal. We drew our first three pieces from traditional celtic songs, and have since moved on to our own original compostions. The production of this CD is to conceive and capture spirited material, relying on the amazing talents and inspirations we muses possess. The result is an epic fusion of genres and influence in the celtic/medieval vein |

Artist History
In the summer of 2000, the women of Syren and Artemis met for an evening of music and experimentation. With the beginnings of a traditional, celtic lullaby, these women took their varied influences and brewed up something of a meltingpot of genres. The spirit of Cauldron is the liberated enjoyment of music and freedom in collaboration! It is a celebration of the goddesses within, and of each other. |
